In contrast to cPanel, with Hepsia you can have a single account so as to manage all your online blogs, files, email box accounts, databases, Top-Level Domains, invoicing transactions and technical support tickets, and to see your site statistics (whereas cPanel demands a second user account login for domain and invoicing transaction management purposes; sometimes even a third user account login is demanded for the client support user interface!!!). The multi-functional, drag and drop File Manager present in Hepsia will perhaps make the employment of any File Transfer Protocol application futile. The CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions are the OS options delivered with the dedicated servers.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia CP is a typical equipment only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is delivered as a gift. With Hepsia you can host unmetered Top Level Domains under a single user account. This is achievable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 separate hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/management services. If you opt for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no hosting Control Panel possibility.
Domains Hosted 2 - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all offered CP devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your site names in one single web hosting account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP interfaces do not supply such opportunity at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and therefore they necessitate TWO different user logins: one domain administration/billing/support account and one website management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will note that the Hepsia web hosting CP supports Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin CP tools work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
